Just thought I’d let you guys know I received my N95 through the post today!
I’ll test out the X-Series app’s over the next few days and do a review on them (I won’t bother with an indepth hardware review as there are hundereds out there, but will cover the basics).
So far I’m pretty impressed!
Also, I’ve nearly finished the Yahoo! Go 2 Review, and hope to have that finished in a couple of day’s (Time’s tight!)

Just a quick note to let you all know I called up Three today, and their systems are back online.
I said I was looking at the N95 and was told that within 2 day’s their entire stock was sold out, and was told it might take 2-3 weeks (which fortunatly is when I’ll have reached the 9 months in my contract and will be able to get it free. Woo!).
Anyway, they said they will call once they have them back in stock so I suggest doing the same to make sure you’re on the list.

I received an email today from Three informing me that the N95 is now available through the 3 store!
Finally, it has arrived!
On the downside, it is not available on a 12 month contract which is annoying, and prices of the handset vary (£15 Price Plan - £299, £20 Price Plan - £199, £28 and £35 Price Plans - £49.99 and any higher Price Plans mean zero charge for the handset).
I just called up Three to try and upgrade early to get one and apparently they have ‘very few’ handsets. Also their systems are ‘upgrading’ whatever that means
so if you want it keep calling ’till you get through.
Obviously, the N95 is compatible with the whole Three X-Series software suite.
The main thing it’s finally out so good luck all of you who are hoping to get one!
You can view the details of the phone on the Three Store.

Finally, I know
Firstly, the theme gallery is up and running, and as requested the theme’s have been zipped in order to make it easier to download them directly from your phone.
I also implemented a rating system, as well as split up those designed mainly for Widescreen or Standard screen aspect ratio’s (even though most generally work on both fine).
Secondly, I found a Wordpress theme I really liked, but had a few quirk’s I didn’t like that much so I basically started over taking bits from the theme I liked and adding bits of my own and came up with this, so I hope you like it.
There are most likley some quirks with both the blog theme and the theme gallery so if you come across any issues do let me know. I’ve got a couple of bits I’ve found which i’ll fix up over the next couple of day’s but nothing major.
I’m also going to create a mobile version of the theme gallery as I have no idea (I’ll test in a minute) how it will work on mobile devices as it is.
I also have a couple of reviews I’m working on so stay tuned for those!
Anyway, feedback welcome, as well as any bug reports ![]()

I feel pretty confident in saying that the Nokia N95 will be launched on Three in the very near future.
I’ve been reading through all the comments on here, and some other sites, with users reporting that they have been able to pre-order the N95 in Three stores, and one guy is expecting delivery of his very soon. Also, the reports from people who have spoken to Three (one guy had basically told Three that he could get the N95 elsewhere and that he’s been waiting as it is, and Three basically told him to hold on a week or two).
So, I’m pretty sure that the oh-so-long wait will be over very soon, so keep bugging Three, checking their site and popping into your local Three stores to see if we can get any more information on when it’ll be out!

Hi Guys,
Well, I know things have been a bit quiet around here recently. I have not posted anywhere near as much as I had hoped so I apologise for that and just wanted to let you all know that that will be changing!
I’m midway through a couple of reviews at the moment, and I got quite far with the theme gallery so I will be finishing that off soon.
Anyway, thanks for sticking around and stay tuned as I’ll be way more active ![]()

An update for you guys.
I emailed Three asking for some kind of confirmation on the N95 release.
I told them I didn’t expect an exact date, and that there have been a lot of dates thrown around on various blogs, and rumors that it wouldn’t be coming etc, and I can tell you that the following response is direct from Three Customer Service.
Hi Keir
We are currently testing the latest software provided to us by Nokia for the N95. If all goes well we will launch the N95 in small quantities, however it is not likely to be cheap (approx £150 on many tariffs). It is more than likely to be in the next couple of months if it does get released.

Admittedly, a lot of people have said they have spoken with Three and have been given various answers but the above was received today from Three so at this time, I guess you can take it as the most reliable information at this time.

Hi Guys,
Just found out the following from three;
The Nokia N95 is on our roadmap for release in small quantity in June or July, however this is not guaranteed as it is still subject to sign off and software testing.
I’m presuming its due to the Three software they bundle with their phones so hopefully it should be sorted out before long.
Its drawing closer people so fingers crossed it comes! ![]()

Hi Guys,
Really sorry about the lack of updates the past week or so. I will be posting far more regularaly starting next week.
I’ve been working on a new theme gallery for the blog. Unfortunately the original design I had done ended up causing difficulties with a funky navigation script I was planning on using, and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t get it to work, so starting from scratch its not as funky, but it will definitely serve the purpose and make it far easier to view any themes I put up.
I’ve basically finished the script now so I’ll just be checking compatibility with both the screen orientations (Normal Screen and Widescreen) before uploading and linking the theme’s themselves. The gallery will be online and fully functional on or before Monday Sunday (at the latest) so be sure to check out then and give me some feedback / suggestions.
Thanks for all your patience so far. Getting the blog started has taken longer than I had hoped but this should be it now and I’ll be able to bring you a lot more reviews etc instead of silence.
Also I *THINK* there’s a problem with the header image which I will be attempting to fix (It displays fine on my machine, and my work machine, however it doesn’t on my mobile (it looks like the text is off centre) and in the post preview panel in the blog’s admin.
If anyone could confirm this that would be helpful, as well as maybe providing a screenshot if possible.
Thanks again, and come back in a couple of days
Keir

Just a quick note to let you all know that I am still here
I’ve been working on the theme gallery quite a lot but unfortunatly it has thrown a problem at me which I am trying to resolve.
Once that’s fixed it’ll be up and running with some new themes and will be easier for you to view and download the themes.
I’m also working on a couple of application reviews which should be up in the next day or two.
Thanks,
K
